2012 iMac ram ???

Hi all, it is finally here, just wondering if the ram has changed much because I want to buy from OWD but I'm not sure if it will work in the new iMac, do I need a certain type of ram that differs from last years or is it the same ?

New iMac is DDR3 1600MHz SO-DIMM note that only the 27" can be upgraded.

I think you've picked some desktop RAM. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that the iMac utilizes laptop RAM. Here, try this:

Yeah, SO-DIMM = Laptop. Don't worry, there is no performance difference. The one conner.c shows you is correct.
