Hi there,

I've moved to a hot climate so I figured it would be my Mac mini would be cooler if I put it in sleep mode when I'm not using it

However I've noticed it's still hot to the touch even in sleep mode - is this normal or is there something wrong?

Thanks in advance

The body part might have not enough time to cool down.
If the temp right after waking up is low, then it would be fine.

PS: I use a free app called XRG to monitor temperatures.

Thanks for the suggestion - I'll try that overnight tonight and see if it still feels hot in the morning

It's cool to the touch after it's been in sleep mode for a while - I've installed xrg to keep an eye on the temperature when it's running - I'll report back with what I see
