That's not true. It's very easy to understand and it's organized so you don't have to read the whole thing to get answers. It's no more technical than Apple links, as the majority of the Battery FAQ came directly from Apple, including links to where that information can be found on Apple's site. While you may not prefer to use it, thousands have benefited from it. I suspect your primary problem is that you don't like the fact that I'm the one who compiled it. If that's the case, get over it. I've seen countless numbers of users report that it helped them.
