So I was considering buy a MacBook Air, looked at the buyers guide and saw that it hasn't been updated for 273 days. That's a long time. I think the MBA refresh has been overshadowed by the MBP redesign rumours, it can't be long before they are updated as 273 days is nearly a full refresh cycle.

    Opinions?

Personally I would say wait if you're already waiting right now.

It has been stated in many forum posts that the IvyBridge processor that will go in to the next MacBook Air won't be released until June. There has also been discussion here about future MacBook Airs.

For instance see: MBA vs MBP 2012 and Let's talk 2012 MacBook Air - what would you like to see?

If you don't need a laptop right away, you could wait. But it's your call.

I think it's probably best to wait until Ivy Bridge ULV. :D
