ordered standard maxed out 2012 15" today, will be few days till i get it.
Many of us want to know:

• real world performance increase
• best successul over clock rates - tools used
• best drivers for Windows 7 gaming, etc.

The lucky of you who are already tinkering with the 2012, please share how you squeezed every bit of performance of the 650M. If you upgraded from 2011 model, playing same games, comment on the real performance increase.

* personally i'm playing Witcher 2 Enhanced and the 6770M 1GB on 2.5GHz 2011 MBP is so so playable 1680x1050 with some medium settings. Need the extra power of the 650M :)

As we saw, the GK107 Kepler core in the heart of the GT 650M and GTX 660M should be highly overclockable. The GT 650M can achieve GTX 660M clocks and even higher and it seems pretty easy. It can achieve, therefore, the same performance as the GTX 660M but might exceed the 50W TDP stated for the 660M. It also raises the thought that the GT 640M GDDR5 might as well be god enough for some decent OCing.
