Does anyone know if the new USB 3.0 ports on the mbps will pass through the Acd thunderbolt USB hub at USB 3.0 speeds?
 
no it will not pass through as usb 2. The boards on the TBD are USB 2.0 and will always be that until Apple refreshes the TBD with USB 3.0.
