I found these two systems on eBay. The rMBP is bid-only and is currently at $1,300. The cMBP is Buy-It-Now at $1,300; but the seller is willing to take a lower offer. I'm wanting to try and go for the rMBP cause it's retina (ooh, shiny:p), and it has an SSD, discrete graphics, plus six months more AC. But HD3000 is fine for Team Fortress 2, so discrete isn't a must, plus I can upgrade RAM and the HDD to an SSD.

    Thoughts?

    rMBP:
    15-inch, Mid-2012
    2.3GHz Quad-core i7
    8GB RAM
    256GB Flash
    HD 4000 + GT650M
    AppleCare until June 2015

    cMBP:
    15-inch, Late-2011
    2.5GHz Quad-core i7
    8GB RAM
    750 GB HDD (7200RPM)
    HD3000 512 MB
    Anti-glare display + upgraded 1680x1050 resolution
    SuperDrive
    AppleCare until December 2014

I am not super familiar with the 2011 but that unit should have a dGPU and it also is the hi-res screen so it certainly has the dGPU.

but i would retina or my local bby was selling of classic 15 2012 stock for 1399. Forget the 2011 and find a 2012.
