2013 8 GB RAM MBA Mavericks Safari issue

Often while browsing, if I use the double tap to zoom on a web page for easier reading, when I zoom back out, clicking on the links no longer works unless I completely close out of Safari and then return via History to the site. Not even refreshing the page seems to make the links clickable.

Sounds like a software issue. The usual software-issue-troubleshooting routine applies.

Try running Software Update. The latest version of Safari has some fixes for issues, though I am not sure if that is one of them...

Not so far though I admittedly haven't used Firefox much (my second browser of choice).
