My mother was trying to update her 2013 13” MacBook Air and it’s now stuck on install. I’ve restarted a bunch of times and get the same result.
I’m not sure how to proceed here. I’ve run the hardware check and everything’s coming up fine. I’m thinking that maybe I can download Catalina on to a flash drive and install it that way, but I’m totally sure that will work. Does anyone have any suggestions?
