2013 Macbook Pro 15" Retina Iris Pro 3dMark scrores

    Hi Guys,

    I've had a bit of a time trying to find 3dMark scores for the base model 15" rMBP, so after getting mine yesterday the first thing i did was install bootcamp and some benchmark utilities. Here are the results:

    3dmark06: 13611
    3dMark11: 2310
    3dMarkVantage: 8205

    Also, i ran both the games Bioshock infinite and Batman Arkham Origins and found both to be very playable at med-high settings @1440x900 res (well over 30fps).

    Overall i'm quite impressed, not to mention that the heat was a non-issue running on my lap the whole time.

    Anyway, hope this helps some people.

    Thanks......i was debating about this model. Not a big gamer on laptops but i like to know it can!

    For comparison, the 750M got 33 FPS on bioshock infinite's benchmarking utility at 1650x1050 on "very high" settings.

    bootcamp (windows 8.1 with stock drivers)

    Just ran the bioshock infinite benchmark myself at 1680x1050 veryhigh settings and I got 21 FPS average also running windows 8.1 in bootcamp.

    With this game i played with the graphics settings and found that I could run almost everything on high except for I ambient occlusions (?) which when i set to normal, the FPS jumps up to high 30's for the most part.

    When i run the benchmark at 1440x900 @ High settings i get 31 fps.
