2013 MBA sleep mode quirk

I have noticed that if hit a key just as the computer has gone into sleep mode, it won't wake up without a forced hard restart. This happened in ML & Mavericks. I doesn't happen too often, only when i go to type as it is timing out, but it is annoying.

Never happens to me.

I go into this automatic mode of, oh I just put the machine to sleep, I should wait a good 10 seconds before I wake it up again. Guess it came from years of, after shutting down an electronic, wait 10 seconds before powering it back up.

Started in Maverick for me. Never had a problem before.
