2013 rMBP mouse/keyboard stop working

I've been having a recent issue with my keyboard and trackpad not responding sporadically. I usually have to restart for and then it works for a few hours again but starts acting strange. It is likes to stop and hold a key down on its own . It's been stopping everyfwy two words trying to type thise posst and I can not delet now or it doesn't stop. Sorry for the poor spelling, but the keyboard is really meeessing with the typing

Have you taken it in to an Apple Store? Have you reset the PRAM and/or SMC?
