I'm looking at a local Craigslist ad for a mint-condition 15" 2014 MBP Retina with 16gigs of RAM...and I'm able to buy it for $700 cash today.

Those of you who are knowledgeable about MB values...is that a deal or not?

Thanks for the help. :apple:

There are a few for 300-500$ on ebay. But it's hard to compare because you're not giving us all the specs. You have to see which GPU and which CPU it has. Also look at how much storage it has.

If it's a maxed out one then it might be worth it. It's a bit expensive for a base model.

That's the base model, no dGPU and the slower CPU of that year. It's still a good machine but not worth the requested price IMO. Maybe try to lower the price if you want it.
