2015 11inch MacBook Air SSD upgrade.

Hi, I have a spare 2015 11inch MacBook Air that is almost brand new with less that 10 in charge cycles. It has 256GB storage.

Is it possible to change the drive in this machine to say a 500GB or higher with a non OEM drive plus adapter. I am currently getting about 500Mbs write 1000Mbs read. If this is possible what would be the best drive. Thanks
