This is a really great deal on iMac compatible memory I found that I couldn't not share. 1866Mhz, 2x8GB, DDR3L (1.35v). Its G.SKILL Ripjaws Series if you care about brand. The deal is through Jet.com which some may have heard bad things about but I've ordered an SSD through them before and the purchase experience was fine. Here is how to get the discount:

  1. Add these to cart, base price is $86.98 (pricey compared to most other people who carry this)
  2. Use discount code SURPRISE20 for 20% off dropping the price to $69.58
  3. Waive the free return to save $1.91 dropping the price to $67.67 (if you care about the return leave it on, still a great deal)
  4. Checkout with debit card to save 1.5% making the final price $66.39 (some may have credit card cashback deals, but this is a good option if you have something under 1.5%)

Just wanted to say thank you. Not sure why this thread didn't get more comments. I found it only when I did a search for Ripjaw. While the coupon code SURPRISE20 was expired, they had a code on their site for 20% of your first order. I ended up paying $125 for 2 sets of 16gb (8gb x 2) for a total of 32gb. Already got a tracking number. Thanks again

It looks like they have another 20% off sale by using the 20NOW discount code.

I didn't buy any as I already have 32GB, but incase anyone else cares...

Thank you for the information! Just ordered.

Recieved the 2x8GB of this GSkill set. I installed it on my new late 2015 iMac 27 5k and it is working great. A little gotcha, if you installed with the orignal Apple RAM, all RAM will drop to 1600Mhz with the 24GB total. If you only installed GSkill SIMM, you will get the 1867Mhz and I get 16GB. I sort of regret that I didn't get two set at the discount price for 32GB. I was hoping to get another set, but it is out of stock at the moment.

Otherwise, GSkill is running great at 1867Mhz in my new late 2015 iMac 5k.

Thank you im2slick4u for a great deal on 32 gb of good memory. I have been looking around trying to decide between the crucial and Kingston when I stumbled across your thread. Awesome! Ordered 32 GB for $124.74 shipped.
