2015 Intermittent Lines Across Screen

Hey everyone,

I recently bought this refurbished 2015 Retina MBP from the Apple store, and since I've had it, there has been an occasional horizontal line being drawn across the screen. Originally it rarely showed when I would quit Safari, now I'm seeing it more and more.

Has anyone seen this issue before? I took a picture of it with my phone as it will not show up in a screen capture (see attachment).

There is a fault in either the GPU, the Display or the Display cable. Take it back to Apple.
