Apple execs above ground might think everyone wants a bigger phone, but I'll be sticking with my 5S, which just turned 1 year old. (And which Steve Jobs thought was plenty big enough.)

Next year, though, will the phablet-averse rejoice to see a 4" phone in the lineup? Or will we be forced to upsize if we want to upgrade?

What a terrible future it could be.

I think the future is just fine.

That being said, I'm sure your 5S will last you a long time. There are people still using the original iPhone. :)

No, I know my 5S won't change size. That would be just freaky if they could do that.

I guess the question is: Will the 5S be the last 4" (or thereabouts) apple phone?

Do you still remember the days of people saying the iPod will flop? :D

Heh. Yeah but the real battles (for me) were about the iPad. The second after the keynote I was pounding the table about what a game changer they'd be, how you could (ultimately) use one as your primary computer if you wanted, etc. Sooooo many people were so very negative. LOL good times!:D

That's funny because the iPad sold so extremely well it's not even funny.

The 5s will likely be the last 4" screen phone. However, there may be a 4.7" screen iPhone with smalled bezels eventually - bringing it closer to the overall size that the 5s is now.

Though I do think the C line will be continued and upraded it, not sure whether the same screensize will be kept though.

I too could definitely see a return of a 'C' model iPhone.
