2015 MacBook battery replacement

Just took my Mid 2015 MacBook in for the recall battery replacement this week. I was hoping for info from those who have already had theirs replaced. What are the specs of the replacement battery? Wondering if battery life is better with the replacement battery?

The new battery will be the same as the old battery. You will see better battery life because it is new.

I scheduled an appointment for mine for next Saturday. At the Best Buy since I recently bought a laptop there (not a Mac) and I have $140 worth of certificates to use or lose from applying for their credit card. Should about cover it ($129+tax).

The battery doesn't show as qualified for "free" replacement, but I'm down to 62% of design capacity according to an app I use.

So does anyone know with the 2015 warranty battery replacement, is the replacement a better battery? Longer life?
