Just got the top case on my 2016 13" MBP nTB replaced due to keys sticking.

According to coconutbattery, the new battery was manufactured 111 days ago. Does that mean I have a newer top case with a revised keyboard?

You'd get a 2017 generation keyboard.

Lol. Even though the battery was manufactured in 2020?

It's the same keyboard type as what is in the 2017 model, which they are still producing replacement parts for. The 2018+ had a larger battery attached to it, which is not compatible to replace in the 2016 and 2017 models.
