I decided on 13" because I didn't need the extra power or screen size; I don't need quad core, the most I do that's intensive is iMovie for my YouTube channel or other projects, but this is a couple times a month, not all the time or professionally; a quad core laptop would be overkill for this. What I do daily or weekly doesn't require a quad core.
In terms of screen space, I don't need a 15" cause I use an external monitor if I need more space. I'd rather stay portable and small since the screen space isn't necessary for me, as long as I can use my monitor.
