2016 MacBook Pro Internet/Webpage Issue

Anyone else having issues with Google Chrome not loading websites, and new pages? I seem to be having a consistent problem where the website doesn't load after entering it in the address bar. Or, the website fails to load when I open a link into a new window.

I'm using the new 13" MacBook Pro.
