17 day old 15" MacBook Pro that just came back from an Apple Repair due to a power issue, once I brought it back home and started using it, I noticed an imbalance in the speakers. I covered the left speaker and noticed that the right speaker had problems. I played with the speaker output setting and this is also the case.
Called my local Apple Store and they told me to bring it back in and they'd attend to me without an appointment.
Has anyone faced this problem yet? If so, what was the experience like? Did they have to send it in or were they able to replace it at the store?

Most likely will require another top case, I'm afraid, given that it's the only thing that's changed since you had it before, so it will probably be similar to your previous experience.

Which means another 3 days!

Maybe at the store they'll have better news, but it looks that way.

They couldn't do anything about it in store, they shipped it out again and shall take another few days to get it back in, unfortunately.

Try for a replacement, its ridiculous, the symptom you mentioned is very likely to be a blown speaker twitter, just try to figure out if they can just go for a replacement or refund on the scene and purchase another one

Let me see this last time.
If there's another issue I'll definitely push for a replacement.
However I must say in the past 8 years of using a Mac I've never faced ANY problem.
