According to specs and from what I saw here, iGPU of 2016 MBP 15" is Intel Graphics 530... However, the model I checked at the Apple Store had a Intel Iris Pro Graphics 580!!!

😵

What the hell...

Are you still at the store?

Edit: Another sighting
You know what really annoys me.. I also went in store to look at them and all of the 15" display models have the Intel Iris Pro 580 chip along with the 450 Pro (checked in About this Mac)... Shows they could've actually included a decent integrated GPU but chose not to due to cost saving measures. Also shows that they want it to run smoother for the in-store display models with all of their demo software.

Welp, Iris 580 will probably be included in the next spec bump alongside the stronger 6770HQ+ chips. I mean if they already have them in demo units..
c'mon Apple why do this to us?

Please i want this so bad. I dont even care about dgpu, id rather just have the iris pro 580 alone

There were some people who said somewhere in macrumors that its not software issue, but Apple actually does make HD 580 versions for their display models, believe it or not.

Legally iffy ground there... bait and switch. It's actually a scam. Knowingly deceiving customers.

Seriously bro? They tell you very clearly when you order what you're getting. They aren't suggesting you're getting a 580, and they are not suggesting it has a 580. It's a bug , the device ID actually shows that, but the the 580 may have been in the demo units due to a old spec set.
