Anyone have any idea why Apple pulled all of the refurbished 2017 MBP models from the refurb store? There were ~20 of them on there yesterday.

I just bought a 2016 from there so yeah they fly outta there. You might want to check into the keyboard issue with 2016-2017 MBPs I’m slightly concerned now and definitely buying AppleCare for mine

Wow, that is a little odd, I’ve been looking at them for weeks and for them all to disappear.....I guess Santa stopped by and picked them all up.

I don't think they all flew out of there. I think Apple pulled them for some reason. Been watching the refurb site for months and I've never seen the same year model MBP just disappear over night. Sure, some models sell pretty quickly, but most fester for a while waiting for a new owner.

It’s the 2016 & 2017 models of the 15” only. There are still plenty of 16/17 13” still available. I think they’ve just sold out and are refreshing inventory. Hope they come back soon.

They could have sold them to other channels like B&H, Best Buy, Apple stores, etc.

This week begins the Xmas shopping season in full strength. Malls are open later, deeper discounts, etc. And MacBook Pros are a great gift. And the refurb prices make them relatively cheap. Especially compared to the iPhone X I got one of my kids!:(

Every few weeks someone complains that "they pulled all of X model from the refurb store!" and everyone speculates as to what nefarious reason Apple might have and that they're never coming back and then they're in stock again in like, a week or two

I would go onto BHPhoto for a 2016 model. They still have them for hundreds off.
