Hello, I tried Apple phone support for this, we erased the drive. I got 2 error messages when trying different options. A "No Bag Entry" and also an apple.com/support -5101F error. Any help please?

I think both are variations on the same cause: you are not connected to a network/internet, or you are not allowed to connect to a network for whatever reason.
If you can't download the installer files when booted to internet recovery, then one solution would be to install your macOS from a bootable USB installer. You would need to download the Sierra installer on another Mac, and also use that other Mac to create a bootable USB installer. Steps for that process is here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201372
