2017 vs 2019 GPU

So curious, what is the performance differences between the 570/575/580 vs the X versions in the 2019?

They are the same chips. X variants are overclocked at about 100 MHz higher.

Is that going to make any difference whatsoever? Looking into getting 27 inch with 570x then getting a egpu with rx veg 64...
