2018 Air Battery running down even when hooked to AC adapter

Just noticed this the other day AFTER I upgraded to 10.15.5. 100% battery, then 99, 98,97,96,95. All while connected to an AC adapter. Then it will go away for a day and go back to 100% and work normally, then suddenly, the power drain is back. No clue what's going on. Did an SMC reset and that seemed to fix the problem...for a day. Then the mysterious battery drain came back. I have two Apple AC adapters for this computer and it does it with both, so that rules out a bad AC adapter. Anyone have any other suggestions what to look for? Computer's in warranty, so I can just send it in for repair if I have to, but I'd rather avoid that if possible.
