2018 Macbook air load bar

Upgraded from a 2012 Mac Mini i7, with a ssd. Now with my 2018 Macbook Air 128 gb I always have to wait after logging in. There is a loading bar which ive never seen on my Mini.

Is this firevault?

I have the same with my Air 16/512GB to loading screen always appear and my FileVault settings are off.

I get the same with my 2017 MBA. It does not appear on my 2012 rMBP, but that's probably because I do not have FileVault enabled on the older laptop.
