Are they loud ?
And which model do you have ?

Are they loud even in normal use like Internet browsing and watching videos ?

I am concerned because I saw a lot of posts here saying that the fans are louder then their older MBP, And the new 15'' MBP is louder then the new 13'' MBP.

I am still not decided which one I am getting 13'' or 15''.

I am using it for normal use and playing emulations (And maybe Rocket League).

i9.

No, I barely hear them when browsing the internet and watching videos.

I think the loudness of the fan when considering a purchase is being quite OC. But one if you want and enjoy it.

i7 2.6GHz. Even when I was in the 90C playing Unreal Tournament it's not bad. It's noticeable, but not like a jet engine taking off. A PS4 is louder I think

That applies to every single laptop ever produced in the world 😵

You have to try watching or doing some daily stuff with those MSI gaming laptops. My brother has one and while watching something on VLC his fans sound like a significantly softer but still loud airplane about to take off.

I returned my 2018 13" i7 for exactly this reason. Fans were too loud and ran too often when connected to a LG 5k display.

I have only a single 4k display, but have around 60-70 celsius doing normals tasks like your stack of apps. 2.2Ghz 15" in clamshell mode.

On my 13" i5 the fans don't move when doing standard office stuff and youtube. Sips power and stays cold:
