from extract the NVME SMART information from SMARTCTL debug mode, we can get NAND information
(which may different on each MacBook pro)

My
2018 MBPR 15 512GB is AP0512M
mlc_3d_g3_2p_170 Toshiba
which is 3D MLC 2-plane provided by Toshiba, real good and thank no use of TLC.

my 2016 mbpr 13 512GB is AP0512J
201Z128G-4p-MLC Sandisk
which is 2D MLC 4-plane provided 15nm by Sandisk, not better that 3D MLC
