Curious if anyone out there has heard any rumors on when Apple will be updating the 2018 MB Air. It's been out for what, eight months now? I'm sure it will just be a spec bump along with the gen 4 keyboard, but when? I love my 2018 Air, but more horsepower is always welcome, and if the keyboard gets better with the next generation, that's a good thing too.

That seems ambitious. I'd guess October/November based on Intel's roadmap. We have seen new model numbers hit the database LONG in advance of any product announcements from Apple before.

Still, I hope you're right!

There was a European filing days ago w/ new macbooks. I'm seriously considering to return my 2019 mbp 15" for a possible 16". But then I don't buy 1st gen products even from apple so I'm on the fence. I'm definitely buying the 2nd gen mba though.

Nope, no new MacBook Pro this year after the May update. Why? If you look at the "About this Mac" in previous years it would say, Late 2013 or Early 2015 on those models. This year it's just "2019" and that's it.

I hope you're right. Apple's has been full of surprises this year and Ming-chi Kuo's predictions have been spot on so far this year as well so I want to be on the safe side.

I don’t want a 4th Gen keyboard. I want a keyboard design revision. I don’t want to be concerned about keyboard failure. Ever.

You can buy a 1.6 ghz quad core windows laptop for 600 dollars. Apple asking 1400 dollars for a duel core laptop is a little ridiculous. I’m not a windows guy but cmon.
