2019 i9 iMac SSD 8MBps Max Read/Write on VM

I am using VMWare Fusion Pro and Windows 10 Pro. I just realised that the max disk speed is only around 5-8MBps and there is 100% Disk Usage at 8MBps Read/Write operations.

Any idea of how I can make the VM use SSD speeds?
