2019 iMac boot dong distorted.

Hey guys,

I just got a 2019 imac. It was a major score for me. Where I volunteer, it was a donation. They gave it to me for free.

That's great and all, but I have an issue.

When I boot the system, the intro dong sounds really distorted. I played YouTube videos with some bass. It sounded fine.

Any ideas of what it could be?
