"The thickness will also stay the same as last year "

Will they leave it just as susceptible to bending as it was before!?

They could well have done some internal structural tinkering already to address this issue. It seemed to be quite prevalent with initial run devices, not so much on ones that have been purchased later in the cycle.

Or changed the material they use. I would hope so anyway.

I hope they fix the bending, white spots on the screen and touchscreen freezing that develop on iPads after 9-12 months of usage. If they fixed it, I’m in! I want to believe.

Except the reliable analysts are saying no new pros until 2020.
One issue and some confusion I have with these camera mockups is IF Apple is so hell bent on putting AR on the iPad... why throw a triple lens after 3+ years of iPhones having dual lenses? Wouldn’t it have made sense to put a lense from the 7, 8, X or Xs on the current iPad Pro?
Right now the current one has the iPhone XR single lens, why do that instead of two?
This makes no sense, I mean I’m okay with seeing more Pros but these are like those leaked (fake) weird looking mock-ups back in 2014-15 came out for the first iPad Pro.

I wonder if some person just grabbed a fake iPad shell and threw an iPhone Pro looking lens on it to troll.
it’d just be nice if Apple would have announced an October 8th event.
I guess we’ll find out about iPad Pro in the next 2-weeks at most.
