I've got a 2019 13" base model MacBook Pro, and since a few weeks it has developed this thing where a part of the screen quickly flickers with some weird artifacts. It appears completely at random, and it does not matter if heavy tasks are running (happens also when browsing only on safari, see the screenshot from a video I took below). Has anyone experienced these issues before? Don't know if this is software or hardware related.

This occurs randomly while browsing safari.

And this occurs randomly when activating screensaver.

Update to Catalina helped a bit, but the problems still exist. Think I’m taking it back to the store to get it checked
