iPad Pro 2020 12.9 ipad pro issue

Had my ipad pro for 2 days screen went black would see a password screen pop up briefly if power button pressed 3 times.
Tried to force restart and mac would see unit in recovery mode but couldnt reset the unit.
sent it back to apple for replacement under 14 day return policy.
not sure if anyone experienced the same situation.

Until then was impressed with quality and potential of the magic keyboard.
wanted to know if other users have had similiar experiences.

Shipped it back Friday replacement should ship in the next day or 2.

received the replacement 5/4/2020 no problems so far. Had to cancel old applecare for a refund and add applecare for the new one. when you return a brand new item for a replacement it doesnt follow the device.

I've only had mine a few days. No problems yet. It's really nice. Seems much smaller/lighter than the big 2015 12.9" it's replacing.

Magic keyboard arriving tomorrow. We'll see how that goes.
