In 2019 I believe it started at the beginning of July, so I would assume sometime around then.

I wish they would go back to including a gift card rather than some headphones.

Back to school? LOL. More like, back to homeschool. Both my kids are home from school right now and it doesn't look like they're going back anytime soon. But if there are going to be any back to school deals, I would say late summer before the Fall semester begins.

Generally it's been open to everyone, there's not a discount but instead they give something as a free bonus which you could potentially then resell on ebay or whatever and recoup some cash.

Whether they'll do something similar this year is anyone's guess - we're kinda in uncharted waters.
