I've searched multiple forurms and looked on reddit/youtube but I couldn't find anybody having experience with an M1 iMac + 2 external monitors. I'm planning on buying an M1 iMac in January, so any help/guidance on this would be appreciated!

Edit: I forgot to mention that I'm aware about M1's limitations when it comes to external monitors. I'm curious about the "unofficial solutions" such as using a DisplayLink dock (Plugable, Startech, etc.)

Apples website says officially one for the iMac:

  • On iMac, Mac mini, and 13-inch MacBook Pro, you can connect one external display using either of the Thunderbolt / USB 4 ports. On iMac, connect your display to either of the ports with the Thunderbolt symbol.
