I have my MacBook Air running on my monitor but every time I lock it or leave it for a long period, when I go to wake it up nothing happens. Seems that it keeps forcing itself to close down with an error and I have to reboot every time. Any ideas?

I have done but had the same issue before updating. I actually think it has been there from 2 versions before but seems to be much more frequent since the update before this one.
Update on this - seems as if I unplug the MacBook from the USB hub and plug it back in the next day it works fine. Is it normal for the hub to cause an issue like this?
I have a USB Hub that is always plugged into my 2019 Macbook Pro and I have never had any issues with it causing issues.
