For any of you that have received your new 13” MacBook Pro, are any of you connecting to one or more external monitors and how is it handling that? Any issues that you noticed?
For the record my work HP’s hardware handles the 4K screen well, but Windows 10 is terrible in how it deals with a laptop with a 1080p screen and a second 4K monitor.
how's the temperature (idle and doing work)? How's the fan behaviour? No issues here. 13" 2020 MBP with 10th gen i5, the $1799 model, received 5 days ago, using heavily every day, about half the time running an external 4K monitor.
How are you monitoring temperatures as iStat Menus sensors don't show for CPU on new 10th gen i5 & i7?Temps range from low 30s to 50s (celsius) usually, reaching into the 80s if I'm really pushing the machine. Fans are rarely audible, usually either off or under 2500rpm (which to my ears is virtually inaudible).
