2021 16": how is it with multiple monitors?

I have the 14" with the base Model 16" chip and no it's not hot and noisy like the i9 16"... It's just silence and runs pretty well.
I'm using dual Huawei Mateview 3:2 4.2k monitors and the in built MacBook Pro display for video calls an so far no issues at all!

It is a pretty good monitor though, best alternative since I can't get a 5K2K in Europe.
Hi, I'd like to buy two mateview 28 and using them with my new MBP 16 M1 MAX,
But it's very difficult to understand how to get all from mateview (I mean: max resolution, 10 bit, and 60hz)
My idea is to connect them to a Calldigit TB3 dock, one to DP, the other to the USB-c.. I'll hope it can be works correcly,
How you use them ? connected to your mac or with a hub?
(anyway do you like the monitor?, I love the form factor 3:2 ..I do creative works like video and photos, but I thought that with a spider x calibrator I can get a good compromise)..

I have 27ud88 and 32ul950 connected to Caldigit TB3 via DP and TB3 ports respectively. They are working perfectly fine with Caldigit TB3 being connected to MBP via one TB3 cable only. I keep MagSafe power connector connected to MBP for 140W supply though.
MBP is deathly cool while both in clamshell mode and lid opened.

I tested the M1 PRO MBP 16 with a Dell U2720Q and Dell U2718Q (both 4k) and there were no problems. The U2720Q is the USB-C version and it's nice to be able to do everything through one cable. My new setup, though, has an M1 mini driving two U2718Qs with the 2021 MBP 16 driving the U2720Q. I use the mini for my production work and the 2021 MBP 16 for office stuff. Yes, the 2021 MBP 16 is way overkill for office stuff but you have to get the MBPs if you want 32 GB of RAM.
I was very careful on cables as I've read of many problems that were related to the type of cables they tried.
The comparison Macs for these monitors are my 2014 and 2015 MacBook Pros. They get very hot and noisy with one 4k monitor. I imagine that they would sound like airplanes if I tried to hookup two of them.
