21,5" as external display?

    Is it now possible to use the 21,5" iMac as an external display or is it still limited to the 27" version?

    being that tb was made for information to go back and forth at high speeds. you figure target display mode would have been easier. this sucks if true.

    well it seems that the 27" does support the TDM

    Unfortunately it only says 27-inch models, so... not sure if the 21.5 does or not.

    I just got off the phone with Apple asking about this and I was told that both the 21.5 and 27 inch versions should support Target Display mode. I can't say there was much confidence in the response from Apple, but fingers crossed for those of you that want this in the 21.5 models.
