    you have two cows but claim you have 47 because you can see Russia. And since it's so close you claim the cows and transfer them via a bridge.:D

    An Alaska Corporation You have two cows, so you spends $20 million on a bridge and another $20 million on a road to that bridge just to bring over 1 person needed to milk the cow just because you don't want to spend money on fixing his boat -- since that would be bad and seen as giving money away to a private individual.
