Hello!!

My MacBook pro has been randomly shutting down since I replaced its battery. I was going to contact the seller of the battery for a replacement due the fact I suspect that i might have gotten a bad battery. I decided to go back into the machine before I contacted the seller and found what is in the picture; it appears the heat sink screw rivet has popped off the motherboard!!

any way to fix?
also would that cause my system to overheat and cause the shut downs? I notice that the fans aren't really running that much and I have to over drive them with istat though it does still shut down when on battery power

Edit: It also turns off under magsafe power also :/
SMC Reset; Pram reset nothing seems to be working
