The 3rd photo looks like a dent/scratch as the metal is also deformed. Likely they will call it wear and tear, as it isn't a uniform degradation. The one above the camera could easily be from opening it, its right above the opening groove.
You can always ask the store for their opinion, but the screen is glued together. So the whole top case is replaced all at once (about £400 if the currency converter is correct). Mine was replaced twice under warranty as the first had a glass defect and the second has a gap around the gasket on one side (you could put a business card in there). Each time they gave a new top case, so the gasket is not separate.

You can buy them on eBay for a few dollars and replace yourself.
