22 new Siri languages... What are they?

i know it's a long shot but...

is farsi/persian part of dictation/siri yet?

iOS 7 doesn't even have a persian keyboard (i think it has something to do with being dependent on what countries sell the iphone to begin with) so I know it's a long shot.
