That's right. Whats the most money you have won from a bet? (Ex. Poker Games, Superbowl Bets, and even Casinos) I am personally not a big fan of this sort of things because I am not much of a risktaker, but me n my buddies raked up a pot of 20$ in one poker game, and I won by bluffing! :D I tried so hard not to laugh. Good times, but what about you?
 
I've gotten a little bit over $80 from a small $10 buy-in kind of game. Not much, but that money ended up paying off a retarded campus parking ticket :mad:
And get this: I was originally playing for money towards a "video card upgrade". The guys chuckled when I said that, but they stopped after I busted their 2 pair with a set.
 
I won GBP 4.00 on a fruit machine once (back in like 1980-1981) while riding a ferry between Felixstowe and Ostend.

That's probably the last time I ever bet any money on anything. I don't like casinos or gambling with real money (beyond a symbolic $1 bet).
 
Bag of popcorn. Not exactly "gambling" but it was one of those things at a 7-Eleven where I got a shot to win something for every two drinks I bought.
 
I got a couple hundred dollars' worth of quarters from a slot machine once, and took the quarters home instead of exchanging them for bills. It was really nice at the time, because I was living at work in the student housing and had free laundry for months!

Well, to be fair, that was the total I was up before I was asked to leave. The most I ever put on a single hand was maybe $100 or so.

Uhh no. If you are winning too much money, weather the Casino suspects cheating or not, they ask you to leave. And if you win too much and show up at the casino after they told you never to come again, there is a pretty good chance you will get shot and thrown into a field. Those guys don't mess around. I knew a guy who's dad was in the Mafia and he said that casinos have lots of mob connections.
 
Let's see, I once hit my number in roulette with $20 on it, a slot machine for $1,200, lotto for $812 and recently won $500 in a poker tournament with a $50 buy in.
 
Won €65 at the races yesterday.

I don't usually go, only one or twice a year, and usually I win something.
 
I won about $350 on blackjack. I'm not a big gambler though. I had a friend that was up about $15,000 on craps over a couple of months. He lost it all and was about $4,000 in the hole before all his friends had an intervention. Gambling is dangerous stuff if you have an addictive personality.
 
About $2000 in a scientific guessing game....lol
In a pure random game...$20-30. I should have known better. If you know your math and you want to make money you are a complete fool if you participate in pure random game.
 
I won $24 a couple weeks ago at the horse races.

As I recall, you gambled and went to the Apple Store once and won a, what was it? Oh, yeah, a PowerBook. :p
 
The most I've won was probably around $150 in a poker run way back when. My most recent win was at the Del Mar Race Track when I put a $6 Win-Place-Show on a 11 to 1 horse and he won!
 
About £150 on blackjack from the one and only time I've been to a casino. We went straight from a work do, so we were at the blackjack table in full black tie, with cigars and whisky for the full on 007 look. :cool:

Other than that, my old housemate was a bookmaker, so I regularly won £30-40 on horseracing.
 
I win or lose around $400 everytime I play poker with friends. Don't know if I'm actually ahead or not, but never been cut off by the atm at 5: am like some of my buds.:eek:
 
I won £20 in the office World Cup sweepstake, after I picked out eventual runners-up France in the draw – mind, I would have won £50 if they'd actually won. I blame Zidane, and in my book he personally owes me £30. :D
 
I hit a $3200 USD jackpot once at the local Indian casino. I gave about half of that back before I went home, so I walked out with about $1600. :)
 
I played Roulette on a cruise casino this past summer and put down $5. I won $20 off of that play and then stopped. I don't like gambling because I work hard for my money and don't feel like wasting it. The only reason why I did it was because I had a coupon from the cruise line that said they would double my money if I won.
 
A few years ago i won £150 from a £30 jackpot fruit machine.
Something inside it went loopy and it kept paying out until it ran out of cash. The pub then had to reimburse me what the machine needed to pay out but couldnt :)
