Ok so I've seen all these threads concerning the old ACD displays still being sold and not getting the new updated items when ordering.
What is the best way to make sure I get the display I want... i.e. the new stats for the 23" ACD?
I plan to order maybe tomorrow or thursday. Mac Pro is a BTO w/ X1900XT. So shipping likely will not be immediate. It will be done through the ADC Store.
Suggestions are welcome.
Would calling my local Apple Store and ask if they have a specific series of serial numbers be good? Will they let me open the box, check it on a machine and see if there are any issues before purchasing?
