Can someone that has the 23" ACD tell me what is the optimum resolution he is working on? And also if working on a different resolution higher or lower creates any bluring due to interpolation?

1920 x 1200 Is the 23" ADC Native Resolution You Should Leave It On
1920 x 1200 is the only resolution you should have it on. The rest are far inferior to the native res.

Can't go higher - you can't magically create pixels.
Lower will be blurry until you get to the point where you're running at 1/4 of the native res (480x300) so that there is no interpolation.
Only use the native resolution.
