i just installed a 23" display and the stand at the back doesn't allow the angle to be changed. the pdf manual states that the monitor can be angled from 10 to 30 degrees, but it only slides to its furthest setting. any ideas on how to angle it forward?

I would concur. Are you saying that the middle foot is broken, like too loose or too tight? Not sure if the tension is adjustable or not, it may have to be exchanged...

thanks, and yes the sliding footstand does not tighten on any of the 5 displays we purchased. i just velcroed the sucker to the desk. nice and clean, and easier to see.
